OPTCL has conducted Online written examinations for Junior Management Trainees in March 2022.
The selection process for OPTCL JMT includes a computer-based online test and a skill test. The online test will include questions on various topics such as General Awareness, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Technical Knowledge.
Candidates who qualify for the online test will be called for the Interview.
OPTCL does not share question papers or answer keys with the candidate who appeared in the written examination.
They only share the overall mark secured by the candidate just after the exam is over on the exit screen itself.
There is no provision for Objection raising and viewing of question papers in OPTCL examinations much similar to the Banking examinations conducted by IBPS and other examination conduction bodies.
So there is only provision for sharing Memory Based Questions and which may not be 100% accurate. But the candidate will get a rough idea about the difficulty level of the questions and according to it they can prepare.
Important point - The question was asked from all the chapters of the syllabus and the level of the question was easy to moderate.
Non-Technical questions asked in last year's exam of OPTCL JMT were quite difficult as compared to other similar-level examinations like SAIL and PGCIL Examinations.
