Qualification- Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University (For SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks required is 50%) And
- Must have a valid GATE 2024 score of Paper code "EE".

Application Fee for OPTCL MT - Rs. 1180
Salary/ Pay-Scale - Stipend 50000 p.m. in the training period and pay scale of Pay Matrix:- Rs. 56,100 - Rs. 1,77,500 (Level EE-2) after the training period.
Selection Process -
- Candidates must have qualified gate 2024 of EE and have a gate score.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
- GATE 2024 mark weightage is 90 % and Interview Weightage is 10%.
- LOA will be provided to selected candidates after they have completed the document verification and medical examination.
